As part of our team, you will work alongside experts in sustainable technologies, community engagement, policy and advocacy, and financial advisory, all dedicated to driving innovation in agriculture.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement community engagement strategies to promote our projects.
Work closely with local farmers and stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges.
Organize training sessions, workshops, and community events.
Collect feedback and use it to improve our programs and services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners and beneficiaries.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Social Sciences, Community Development, or related fields.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience in organizing and facilitating community events.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Passion for community development and sustainable agriculture.
